How the demo business Brunner Haustechnik is set up
So that you can test Barbara realistically, in the demo she works for the fictitious “Brunner Haustechnik AG, Musterwil”. Everything she knows there is set up just as it would later be set up for your business.
Three teams, three calendars
The demo business works with three teams, each with its own calendar, in which Barbara books, reschedules and cancels appointments:
- Plumbing
- Heating
- Electrical
Service hours and emergency on-call service
Barbara knows the demo business's service hours and the rule for when she passes calls to the on-call service. Outside office hours, she gives out the on-call number in emergencies and records everything else for the next working day.
Guide prices and information
Guide prices are stored for common jobs. Barbara gives them as an approximate figure (“depending on the work involved”) and refers callers to the office for anything more precise.
What you can try out in the demo
Call and ask Barbara anything you would ask your own business: a service appointment for the heating, a quote request, opening hours on a public holiday or a dripping water heater on a Sunday evening. The demo business is fictitious; any resemblance to existing businesses is coincidental.
